MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Wood is a product of nature. Each piece of wood has its own unique set of physical characteristics (color, grain patterns, mineral streaks, insect markings, knots, rays, pitch pockets, porosity etc.). Each piece of wood will react differently to the various finishes being used. Wood may change color with age and exposure to sunlight and moisture in the atmosphere. Wood expands and contracts depending upon changes in humidity. Treat your Atlas Stand as you would any fine wood product. Dents and dings will not impact the functionality of your Atlas Stand.
Fine hairline cracks are part of the normal aging processes of wood and are not considered defects. Clean your Atlas Stand with furniture polish and wax to protect it from the elements.
COMPLETION Of CONTRACT WORK
Completion times are approximates. Product quality is our primary focus. Sometimes we finish a project early, and sometimes things take longer than we estimate. We will do our best to finish our work in a timely manner without sacrificing the quality of the work we produce.
FREIGHT AND DELIVERY
We do our best to accommodate your needs and we ask for your understanding in arranging delivery. All Atlas Stands are inspected and in new condition when they leave the Atlas Stands wood shop. All damage incurred en route is the responsibility of the delivery service. Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Refuse the delivery if there is obvious damage and contact us immediately. We insure all shipments against shipping damages.
Every Atlas Stand is crafted with great care and expertise. If you are not fully satisfied, we will accept returns of non-personalized stands within 14 days of you receiving your order. You are responsible for any and all return shipping and repackaging costs. We require that you insure the return shipment against damages or loss. Returned goods must be in “new” condition with no evidence of use or damage for a full refund.
*This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse or accidents: including but not limited to burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, sun damage, extreme temperatures, indentations or pet damage. Damage occurring during the delivery of your Atlas Stand is not covered by this warranty and should be addressed with the delivery service.
